Solution: Membership sites and learning management solutions used to cost up to six figures. What you can now do with WordPress is amazing for the cost of the plugins — but you need to have some idea about how to model the business requirements to fit.
The client desperately wants a sophisticated eCommerce solution for multiple products with dozens of variants, oh and could it also manag stock inventory levels. The client has a limited budget, and no experience.
Solutions: Persuade the client to hire a VA to do the legwork. After a few months if the business knows which processes require automating, and budget will be available for a more automated solution.
